3. It is strictly forbidden to add boiling water. The water temperature requires 0 to 49 degrees Celsius.

INSTRUCTIONS TO FOLLOW WHEN INSTALLING THE WATER FILTER COMPONENT:
Install the filter components as shown in the figure.
Note: Before use, please soak the filter components in clean water for not less than 10 minutes.
NOTES FOR CLEANING THE WATER FOUNTAIN:
1. Please clean the water storage bucket, water storage tray, and water pump regularly according to the water quality and pet drinking habits. It is recommended to change the water at least once a week.
2. Be sure to disconnect the power before starting cleaning.
3. Do not wash the whole machine with water.
4. When using it for the first time, you need to clean the water storage bucket, water storage tray, and water pump. Take care to keep the metal sheet of the base and the water pump components dry.
5. There may be a small amount of powder attached to the filter assembly when it leaves the factory. This is a normal phenomenon. Please soak and clean it in clean water at room temperature for at least 10 minutes before using it for the first time.
6. This product is not suitable for dishwashers.
DESCRIPTION OF ELECTRONIC DISPLAY STATUS
1. Normal Status: The water temperature is displayed on the screen when it is turned on.
2. Other Status:
When the electronic screen displays EA, it Indicates that the water temperature is abnormal, lower than 0 degrees Celsius or higher than 49 degrees Celsius.
When the electronic screen displays 88 and flashes, it indicates a lack of water.
When the electronic screen displays FF and flashes, it indicates a prompt to replace the filter assembly.

Return and Exchange

Defective Product

Cancelations
You cannot cancel your order after you receive a tracking number.
